Written to be performed as an encore at the 2019 edition of the Oberaargauischer Blasmusikcamp - OBC -. For one week each year the 70 musicians that form this project-orchestra spend a week waking up at sunrise to make wonderful music all day and go home tired and happy as the sun sets. Orange Blazing Clouds was inspired by the incredible skies that I was able to witness on the way to the rehearsals in the morning and the (often even more impressive) skies on the way home in the evening during the 2018 edition of this course. The opening and closing bars represent these beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

This Piece is perfect as an opening fanfare or closing flourish.
